Choosing your wedding flower arrangements

Weddings in their nature can be very overwhelming. When it comes to wedding flowers the same applies. There are million and one things you can do with flowers and you may need a little help choosing what you need for where.

Bridal Flowers

Bridal Bouquet:  There are a few different kinds of bouquets.  A traditional hand-tie tight posy, a more loose wild hand-tie bouquet, a shower bouquet or an over the arm sheaf arrangement.  Flowers and your wedding venue go hand in hand and I feel they need to compliment one another on the style and atmosphere you are looking to create.

Bridesmaid's bouquet:  Bridesmaid bouquets are a smaller complimentary version of your bridal bouquet with unique differences.

Flower girls:  Could wear beautiful flower crowns, they could carry flower Pomerades (Pom Pom's), or hold a little tight posy.

Flowers for hair:  Flowers are wired and could be worn in your hair either as a flower crown, or individual flowers on a comb or just left loose for you to insert where you would like.

Corsage: wrist or panel corsages can be worn by the respective mothers' of the couple.

Buttonholes: Worn by the groomsmen, ushers, master of ceremonies, respective fathers, page boys.

Church Flowers:

Pedestal: Two large arrangements traditionally at the altar where the ceremony is held or anywhere you would like.

Pew ends: Little arrangements at the end of each row of seats.  Little jam jars with ribbons, or a few tied stems of flowers would compliment your flowers and enhance the décor of your wedding.

Confetti: Fresh petal confetti in a basket or wrapped in doily cones are a lovely little touch.

Reception flowers:

Main Table centrepiece: Traditionally a long and low table arrangement in front of the couple.  However we can do anything you like and be as creative as you wish.  Jam jars, martini vases, collection of succulent plants.

Tables: Jam jars are popular at the moment, a collection of a few different jars.  Table centrepieces also include a tall vase in the middle of the table  or a lower posy.

Thank you Bouquets: Beautiful aqua packed bouquets to appreciate those who lent a helping hand.
