Planning your wedding flowers should feel exciting, not overwhelming. At Magnolia Hill, we keep things simple, personal, and enjoyable, so you can focus on what matters most.
01. Let’s Chat
Get in touch. No obligation consultation. Share your ideas, your venue and your dreams.
02. Your Flower Plan
After our chat, I’ll put together a custom flower plan just for you. It includes a mood board, a breakdown of ideas, and a guide to the kind of flowers and colours that will suit your style and season.
03. Booking In
Once you’re happy, we’ll book your date in with a 50% deposit and keep in touch as your plans evolve. I’ll always be here if you need advice or want to bounce around new ideas.
04. Final Details
Closer to the day (usually 6–8 weeks before), we’ll go over everything and fine-tune the details to make sure everything is beautifully thought through, from bouquets to buttonholes to the finishing touches on your tables.
05. The Big Day
On the day itself all you have to do is relax. We’ll take care of all the deliveries and installations so you don’t have to lift a finger. From setup to styling, everything will be delivered and arranged with love, so you can simply enjoy the magic.
